This pivotal role exists within their Technology & Information Services team to enhance data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes. Located in Manchester, this role supports both hybrid and in-office work arrangements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and address pain points in business processes with enhanced reporting and analytics.
• Develop and implement data visualizations using Tableau to meet business needs.
• Perform comprehensive data analyses to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data projects with business objectives.
• Communicate findings through presentations and reports, advocating data-driven decision-making.
• Work with management to optimize reporting tools and support data-driven initiatives.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for comprehensive accessibility.
• Translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply financial concepts effectively in Tableau visualization design.
