In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop people analytics, insights, and trend analyses to facilitate strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead the creation and execution of workforce analytics and reporting.
• Deliver data analytics requirements in alignment with the People Strategy.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong data analysis skills with expertise in SQL.
• Ability to work with large data sets and solve complex problems with attention to detail.
• Experience throughout the analytics lifecycle, including data cleansing and presentation to stakeholders.
• Competence in using MS Excel for data modeling and analysis.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in Power BI for report design.
