In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop people analytics, insights, and trend analyses to facilitate strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead the creation and execution of workforce analytics and reporting.
- Deliver data analytics requirements in alignment with the People Strategy.

- Strong data analysis skills with expertise in SQL.

- Experience throughout the analytics lifecycle, including data cleansing and presentation to stakeholders.
- Competence in using MS Excel for data modeling and analysis.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in Power BI for report design.
