In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data solutions, such as reports and dashboards, for HR analytics.
• Handle raw data from various sources, managing databases and analytical processes.
• Support the development of measures for data quality and integrity.
• Contribute to developing data strategy and ensure data architecture integrations.
• Work with HR and business teams to optimize data processes.
