The data science team plays a crucial role in developing the proprietary models that drive their innovative underwriting and risk management strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop proprietary behavioural models to inform underwriting and pricing decisions.
• Work across the business to translate problems into data questions and propose solutions.
• Deploy and monitor models without a separate engineering team.
• Design experiments for product and service innovation.

This role requires you to have:

• 1+ years experience in data science
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of the PyData stack
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead projects autonomously
