In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth reviews of complex fraud cases, identify trends, document findings, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Use SQL and Python to enhance fraud detection and reduce false positives, performing offline analysis and statistical tuning.
• Build dashboards and reports to illustrate solution value and cater to specific customer insights.
• Craft data-driven stories for presentations to customers, including non-technical audiences.
• Manage customer-focused projects, providing comprehensive analyses and delivering professional customer interactions.
• Collaborate globally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams to refine best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in Fraud Strategy or Fraud Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with fraud system management tools.
