Senior Data Analyst I

The successful candidate will join the STMJ Data & Analytics team, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline journal configuration management. By establishing definitive business definitions for data, this role plays a crucial part in advancing science and improving healthcare outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze journal configurations to identify opportunities for harmonization and simplification.
• Collaborate with the Journal Configuration Governance team to prioritize changes for over 2,500 journals.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of configuration changes.
• Work with business stakeholders to establish comprehensive business definitions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and drive consensus on definitions.
• Document and maintain a centralized repository of agreed business definitions.

• Proven analytical or technical role experience.
