Property Data Analyst

They seek an enthusiastic and analytical individual to join their Property Data & Analysis Team as a Consultant, working on ambitious development and management plans. This role offers the opportunity to create lasting change within the company's operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive national expansion and portfolio management strategies.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reports on various business metrics.
• Developing Power BI dashboards and conducting GIS analysis.
• Ensure quality assurance for property systems, along with testing and roll-out management.
• Provide training and support to regional offices on systems and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between international and regional offices and other departments.
• Conduct data quality checks and resolve issues with international offices.
• Build tools to enhance departmental operations.
• Comprehend the overarching company strategy and the property department's role.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2:2.
• Passion for data analysis and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across business levels.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of the German language.
• Power BI and GIS experience.
• Background in retail or property.
