Located in Shoreditch, Little Dot Studios is a leading digital content studio and media network. They are searching for a Data Scientist to join their Data, Product & Technology team. The role focuses on AI-driven data products to tackle complex business challenges and inspire innovation. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and optimize machine learning models, emphasizing bandit algorithms and generative AI.
• Conduct A/B testing and other trials to refine product efficacy and impact.
• Implement AI models such as GANs and transformers to enhance content personalization.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to address key problems.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Create scalable solutions for production, liaising with DevOps and data engineers.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in relevant fields.
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning and generative models.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding.
