The Data Analyst role is vital, working within a small team to enhance data management and system usage, enabling effective support delivery.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as triage for system queries and manage user profiles, training, permissions, and passwords.
• Support the Evaluation and Quality Assurance Manager in using Business Intelligence software for data analysis.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data models, databases, and reporting.
• Design, create, and distribute surveys and centralize data to showcase service delivery impact.
