In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer queries efficiently and capture actionable feedback.
• Develop an understanding of customer reliance on insights and services.
• Acquire knowledge of in-house methodology and articulate it clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and daily tasks are met consistently.
• Research commercial ownership structures, sanctions, and vessel data.
• Review AIS tracking data and address vessel movement queries.
• Update entries in the Geospatial database.
• Provide quality control and feedback on research output.
• Identify and escalate issues in data from partners.
• Capture and suggest improvements for web platform and data delivery.
• Collaborate with internal data teams to enhance data quality.
• Suggest and implement process efficiency improvements.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Attend client meetings as a subject matter expert.

This role requires you to have:

• Customer-first approach with flexibility and strong time management.
• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence or data research.
• Proven ability to validate data and adapt to new domains.
• Experience with coding and visualization tools for data analysis.
• Ability to compile training and feedback documents.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English.
