• Perform comprehensive data analysis to derive insights from HR datasets.
• Create predictive models to forecast workforce trends.
• Develop machine learning algorithms to optimize reward offerings.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualize results for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR teams to design data-driven solutions.

• Strong SQL skills for relational databases.
