In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to derive insights from HR datasets.
- Create predictive models to forecast workforce trends.
- Develop machine learning algorithms to optimize reward offerings.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualize results for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design data-driven solutions.
