In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate to gather business requirements and design data models.
- Identify relevant datasets and gather structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze and interpret data trends and patterns.
- Deploy analytical models alongside developers and machine-learning engineers.
- Provide insights for internal and client reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue increase.
- Support finance with data-driven financial planning and risk management.
- Assist sales with lead identification, churn prediction, and pricing optimization.
- Support actuarial team with claim data analysis and risk modeling.
- Aid marketing through customer behavior analysis and campaign effectiveness.

This role requires you to have:
- 5-7 years experience in Data Science, ideally as a Data Scientist.
- Skilled in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced skills in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
You would benefit from having:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with data in Insurance or a B2B company.
- Ability to drive commercial outcomes using data insights.
