This Data Analyst role exists to support the People Solutions team by managing data and creating innovative solutions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Manage and interpret internal and client data.
  • Upload monthly claims and membership data.
  • Develop internal models and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Deliver claims forecasts and assist the actuarial team.
  • Support various projects across all lines of business.
  • Provide Excel support and handle ad-hoc client requests.
  • Prepare financial reports for the Executive Team.

This role requires you to have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving ability
