Lorien, in collaboration with a leading global insurance company, is looking for a Digital Data Analyst to enhance their digital product development efforts. This role is crucial for driving digital transformation and ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions in line with business goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to align requirements with product vision.
• Take ownership of assigned product areas ensuring solutions align with business needs.
• Bridge business and technical teams by translating needs into user stories and specifications.
• Advocate for user-first approaches by working with UX/UI designers and validating user expectations.
• Work with data teams to integrate analytics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with system analysts to define non-functional requirements for digital solutions.
• Engage in agile ceremonies to ensure development aligns with business priorities.
• Identify and recommend solutions for existing process inefficiencies.
• Maintain documentation of requirements and validate features through testing.
