This role involves spearheading data-driven solutions within the social housing sector, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients to innovate Lumensol's offerings.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning strategies.
• Manage data extraction and preprocessing using SQL or Python.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and present findings visually.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models, providing regular performance data.
• Conduct research on recent AI and ML developments.
• Collaborate with users to meet their requirements and enhance their understanding of AI and ML applications.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree Level Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a commercial or consulting role.
• Proven success in improving business outcomes through model development.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas simply.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with social housing or local authorities.
