Z-Tech Control Systems seeks a detailed-oriented Data Analyst to join their team in Cambridgeshire. This role involves significant responsibility in analyzing water technician reports and ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with technical specialists to address and rectify data issues, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of client reporting.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Review water technician reports using the Z-Tech asset management database 'Z-One'.
- Ensure data is complete and make recommendations post-analysis.
- Enhance reporting processes by identifying areas of inefficiency.
- Interrogate and interpret data to create graphical reports as per client needs.
- Identify and confirm correct site assets for accurate reporting.
- Quickly respond to data-related inquiries and monitor issues.
- Address queries from site personnel post-visit.
- Coordinate and plan work when necessary, based on business needs.
- Liaise with onsite technicians to ensure correct data capture.
