In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams to create reliable data solutions.
• Manage and develop engineering skills within the team.
• Develop relationships with Product, Delivery, and Data Science teams for value maximization.
• Collaborate with Data Technology to refine the technical strategy.
• Improve M&S standard frameworks and policies for adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in leading teams of data engineers.
• Proficiency in data engineering across various systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data tech and data warehousing principles, preferably Azure.
• Understanding of Data Science principles.
• Advocacy for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
