BDS FIN Product Senior Analyst

Mars is on the lookout for a highly skilled SAP FIN Senior Analyst to support their ECC system, with plans to transition into S4 for the FICO function. The chosen candidate will join a global team that spans various hub sites and will play a critical role in supporting business users through expert financial operation insights, focusing on SAP products.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate support demands with third-party vendors for L1, L2, and L3 support.
• Engage in transformation projects to ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations.
• Manage demands such as CIPs, projects, major incidents, and special requests from the business.
• Collaborate on transformational programs from design to go-live phases, including service introduction.
• Maintain service management excellence with third-party vendors.
• Drive development management metrics with third-party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Execute technical design, development, and configuration for SAP FICO products.
• Identify automation opportunities in business and internal processes.
• Propose and implement improvements as part of problem management.
• Document solutions per global supportability standards.
• Participate in a community of practice regarding functional and technical areas.
• Assist with change management activities.
• Demonstrate a hands-on and proactive approach.

This role requires you to have:

• SAP FICO technical knowledge
• Understanding of business operations processes
• Fluency in English
