They play a pivotal role in global decarbonisation efforts through data and cleantech technologies. This role is crucial for advancing their environmental goals and ensuring operational excellence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to monitor and investigate high SIM data usage
• Analyze daily data trends and address high usage anomalies
• Work with service desk to resolve data issues
• Build relationships with SIM providers to optimize data management
• Oversee SIM traffic and recommend software changes
• Support service desk workload distribution
• Ensure daily maintenance checks and issue flagging for clients

• Experience in service desk environments
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework
