Junior Data Analyst

Mears Group PLC is hiring a Junior Data Analyst due to a new contract win, working primarily on a Central Government accommodation project. This role involves direct reporting to the Contract Delivery Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the operational team and IT developers, enhancing the capacity of technology to meet business goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and reporting solutions to the operational team using Veco, Excel, and a CRM reporting suite.
• Act as a key link between operational management and IT developers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Propose analysis and investigation that align with team objectives.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management
• Proficiency in data analysis and systems management
• Competent reporting skills using Excel
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of Systems and Technical Solutions
• Knowledge of Data Management
