In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee the AI/ML domain within a cross-functional team.
• Understand customer needs to solve both business and technical challenges.
• Develop data science and machine learning systems with significant client impact.
• Navigate between business and technology to manage expectations across teams.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with customers.
• Engage across different phases of project delivery, including advisory and implementation.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership within your squad.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as thought leadership and technical forums.

This role requires you to have:

• Substantial experience with Python and libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Scikit Learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow.
• Proficient in deploying ML and data science solutions.
• Ability to interpret data for business insights.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices in data management, such as version control and CI/CD.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML to tackle business challenges.
• Technical leadership experience, ideally in a consulting setting.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, GenAI, time series forecasting, image recognition, or deep learning.
• Experience with PySpark, OpenCV, spaCy, or DVC.
• Familiarity with MLOps.
