In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Compile statistical data for weekly and monthly leadership reports.
- Assist with monthly executive performance reports and KPI knowledge enhancement.
- Identify trends in data and recommend service improvements.
- Develop and maintain a real-time KPI dashboard for performance tracking and compliance reporting.
- Utilize visualization tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft Suite for presenting data.
- Conduct ETL processes on databases to generate comprehensive reports.
- Work with IT to improve data warehouse functionality.
- Support demand forecasting and compliance across workstreams.

This role requires you to have:
- Interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Planning and organizational capabilities.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SQL, VBA, Dax, M, and Powershell.
- Strong command of MS Office products.
- Experience handling large data sets and dashboard creation.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with Asset Management and Housing Management systems.
- Experience with Northgate, True Compliance, and/or RiskBase systems.
