The Performance & Data Analyst role is pivotal for enhancing data-driven decision-making within their Business Intelligence team. This position supports strategic compliance and operational achievements by working closely with senior leadership and IT colleagues.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Compile statistical data to generate reports for senior leadership.
- Assist in creating executive performance reports and understanding KPIs.
- Monitor data trends and suggest improvements in data management and strategy.
- Develop real-time KPI dashboards for key performance insights.
- Use PowerBI and other visualization tools for data interpretation.
- Conduct ETL tasks on asset and housing databases.
- Work with IT to enhance data warehouse compatibility with compliance data.
- Support demand forecasting and compliance reporting for stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical approach.
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Dax, M, and Powershell.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Experience handling large data sets and dashboard creation.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in Asset Management or Housing Management systems.
- Familiarity with Northgate, True Compliance, or RiskBase.
