EHS Specialist III - Data Analyst

The EHS Specialist III - Data Analyst role focuses on enhancing EHS initiatives through data analytics and compliance efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects for the Environmental, Health and Safety Management team.
• Develop recommendations for operational and strategic challenges.
• Evaluate the scalability and sustainability of proposed changes.
• Create project plans and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional projects and design weekly reports.
• Support EHS process implementation and compliance.
• Develop systems for compliance and injury reduction.
• Coach business partners in EHS responsibilities.
• Review EHS policies and conduct risk assessments.
• Maintain EHS filing systems and manage training records.
• Update safety manuals and coordinate training for business partners.
• Assist with environmental permits and issue resolution.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics and crisis management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fast learner of new technologies.
