In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate information on individuals in probation and victims using approved databases.
- Facilitate effective referrals, managing relationships with offenders, victims, and service providers.
- Prepare and manage case records and information, adhering to required standards.
- Distribute information via appropriate channels and provide efficient reception services.
- Ensure availability of necessary resources for case management activities.
