This role, reporting to the Senior Product Manager, supports the Digital Transformation Team to achieve commercial objectives through data insights and analytics. The position offers career and personal development opportunities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Create actionable insights to support strategic decisions for Product Development, Digital and Data transformation initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards tracking key workstreams' performance.
  • Present data in an understandable manner to key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of new and existing reporting solutions.
  • Act as the reporting and analytics representative for new Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Align reporting and data priorities with business needs, data availability, and accessibility along with Senior and Product Managers.
  • Understand and utilize data and technology systems such as Dynatrace, SQL databases, Google Analytics, Treasure Data, and Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Analyze web and app data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ensure documentation supporting reporting and analysis is accessible.
  • Develop a pipeline of self-serve dashboards for end users.
  • Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions about the data landscape and available information.
  • Ensure compliant data processing per GDPR and PECR.
  • Analyze multi-channel data sources to understand customers and identify business opportunities.
  • Support ongoing data tasks, issue investigation, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to measure business results and inform program development.

This role requires you to have:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong consumer insight skills.
  • Self-starter with curiosity to source and curate needed data.
  • Follow and evolve established reporting processes.
  • Highly numerate with a keen interest in digital/data trends.
  • Advanced SQL querying skills for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.
  • Capability to create and modify SQL stored procedures.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, Customer Data Platform, and data lakes.
  • Business intelligence and dashboard experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with web analytics using Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Big Query.
  • Communication skills to support complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to write complex formulas.
  • Experience with propensity/segmentation modeling.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
