This role is pivotal in delivering value to clients through insightful data analysis and strategic recommendations. The team collaborates with strategic clients to enhance business performance by leveraging data-driven insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and utilize insights to drive customer and internal value.
• Collaborate with strategic clients to provide insight and diagnostic analyses.
• Automate KPI reporting and suggest improvements.
• Communicate significant trends and opportunities within the business.
• Generate reports and dashboards from collected data.
• Identify data types critical for tracking business performance.
• Work with management teams to prioritize business changes.
• Study and modify systems to enhance current practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in a data analytics environment.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, with Power BI preferred.
• Fluency in SQL.
• Ability to tell a story with data.
• Proactive and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Teamwork and independent work skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and short-term projects.
• IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in managing change and influencing attitudes.
