The role of Data Analyst will support the innovative Residential function, promoting compliance with utmost integrity and fostering an environment rich with opportunities for personal growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collate, analyze, and audit performance data for compliance.
• Make and track recommendations for improvements and compliance issues.
• Provide administrative support and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor the Residential Self Audit process and maintain version control systems.
• Identify and analyze trends, supporting management with insights.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
• Advise residential managers on quality standards and compliance.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental standards across the contract.
• Aid stakeholders with reporting and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare for external inspections of the Residential function.
