In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Leading data projects for Protection/Mortgage departments
- Engaging with varied work across departments such as Marketing, Sales/Ops, and Product
- Utilizing data disciplines including dashboarding, deep dives, and applying ML techniques
- Supporting and enabling stakeholders through self-service projects
- Designing and delivering analysis to support decision-making
- Building data relationships across the business

This role requires you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Tableau or other visualisation tools
- Financial services and mortgage experience
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to data
- Ability to convert business problems into data problems and present actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of organisation and a passion for data-driven improvements
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with DBT
- Data Modelling skills
- Background in statistics or programming
- Experience with ML/AI using Python, R, or other programming languages
- GCP or AWS experience, particularly with their ML/AI services
