• Drive the development and execution of AI strategies that support business and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate technical AI insights into non-technical presentations for stakeholders.
• Design and implement advanced AI and machine learning models.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and developers.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure project delivery.
• Optimize internal processes and enhance AI model architecture.

This role requires you to have:

• Leadership experience in AI development, data science, or software engineering.
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, model development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and DevOps.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
