In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee data pipelines in the Data Lakehouse to detect issues early.
• Design and maintain automated data transformations for analysis-ready datasets.
• Develop and manage data outputs at scale, owning various data catalogs.
• Collaborate with analysts to define and implement new analytics features.
• Ensure high code quality and organization.
• Advocate for analytics engineering practices within the Insight Team.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-3 years of experience working with large data sets and delivering insights.
• Proficient in SQL, ideally within platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Experience in automating data processes.
• Familiarity with dbt (Cloud or Core).
• Understanding of Python.
• Experience delivering data to Power BI or another BI platform.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency with Git for code collaboration.
• Familiarity with data warehouse modeling principles (e.g., Kimball).
• Experience in medium/large data teams.
• Understanding of analytics engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
