The Data and Insights team plays a crucial role in decoding customer interactions and product usage, supporting the company's strategic mission. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Oversee data pipelines in the Data Lakehouse to detect issues early.
- Design and maintain automated data transformations for analysis-ready datasets.
- Develop and manage data outputs at scale, owning various data catalogs.
- Collaborate with analysts to define and implement new analytics features.
- Ensure high code quality and organization.
- Advocate for analytics engineering practices within the Insight Team.

This role requires you to have:
- 2-3 years of experience working with large data sets and delivering insights.
- Proficient in SQL, ideally within platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience in automating data processes.
- Familiarity with dbt (Cloud or Core).
- Understanding of Python.
- Experience delivering data to Power BI or another BI platform.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency with Git for code collaboration.
- Familiarity with data warehouse modeling principles (e.g., Kimball).
- Experience in medium/large data teams.
- Understanding of analytics engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
