In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Design and maintain data structures, dictionaries, and taxonomies.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
• Establish data governance standards and procedures.
• Partner with others to determine data requirements and map data lineage.
• Work with IT for seamless data migration to modern infrastructure.
• Monitor KPIs related to data quality and process efficiency.
• Assist in data cleaning, validation, and migration.
• Challenge current practices with innovative data solutions.
• Participate in Agile pods to refine digital technology solutions.
• Develop data training and communication plans.
