The Data & Analytics Lead Analyst will leverage cloud technologies and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to foster a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making within the organization. The role is integral to supporting a customer-focused approach through data insights, encouraging curiosity for data-driven improvement in business operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of data solutions using ETL and BI tools within an Agile framework.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and data scientists, fostering professional growth.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to promote data literacy and insight-driven improvements.
• Turn analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team and partners to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Support product owners and work within a cross-functional data & analytics team.

This role requires you to have:

• Leadership in data-focused solutions and team management roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analytics and development.
• Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, or similar database systems.
• Strong data management and data warehousing knowledge.
• Communication skills to articulate complex insights to diverse audiences.
