In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Produce and present statistical data analysis to Underwriters and Clients.
• Review and assess data to maintain accuracy and currency.
• Enhance business performance through collaboration with Underwriters and Clients.
• Provide assistance to Broking leadership to meet departmental goals.
• Lead small projects as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill data and reporting needs.
• Report issues related to data and reporting to management promptly.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in Broker/Data Analytics roles in the insurance market.
• Degree with numerical or computing components.
• Strong organisational skills and teamwork ability.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• CII certification.
