In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to address business queries.
- Use data visualisation to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Represent the Analytics team within an agile squad and manage workload autonomously.
- Develop robust relationships with stakeholders to enhance decision-making processes.
- Promote a test-driven culture for data-led decisions and self-service analytics.
- Ensure analytical methods align with scientific and domain best practices.
- Mentor junior team members in analytics best practices.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficient in SQL.
- Dashboard development with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
- Understanding of e-commerce and digital attribution methods.
- Knowledge of Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience in sourcing and joining data from diverse sources.
- Stakeholder engagement for delivering insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and related tools.
- Background in marketing with knowledge of Digital Marketing or CRM.
- Experience in an e-commerce setting.
- Knowledge of designing tests to measure business change impacts.
