This role exists to support key lending decisions and enhance decision tools, allowing the business to make informed choices for its members. The team focuses on developing and maintaining credit risk models and advanced analytical tools, with a culture that values hybrid working and innovation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of Credit Risk decision models for lending products.
• Collaborate on projects involving traditional and machine learning model techniques.
• Run and write SAS code to produce data for insights and model monitoring.
• Build cross-department relationships to present insights and optimize model use.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong quantitative degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
• Analytical skills with a preference for data work and advanced analytics.
• Logical mindset for problem-solving and interpreting results.
• Ability to present findings both verbally and in writing.
