The successful candidate will contribute high-quality analytical insights and work primarily from home after initial on-site training.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform data extraction, storage, and processing activities.
• Develop and execute standard queries to ensure data quality.
• Generate insights to enhance colleague experience in the Workplace Service Centre.
• Collect, profile, and map data for ongoing and new solutions.
• Identify and document data migration processes.
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Build partnerships with key business stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and dashboard creation.
• Understanding of data interrelationships and domains.
