In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee a team of Data Scientists under the Data Science Manager's direction.
• Act as a subject matter expert in developing Data Science solutions, utilizing Python and Azure machine learning studio.
• Coordinate machine learning pipelines and champion statistical and analytical best practices across the organization.
• Develop methodologies for conducting ad-hoc analysis, delivering insights, and constructing complex predictive and statistical models.

This role requires you to have:

• Leadership experience in a data science environment.
• Master's level education or equivalent expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Expert knowledge in statistical analysis and data manipulations.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps.
• Experience with LLM model pre-training and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with multiple LLM models such as Llama, Clause, and OpenAI.
