In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze fleet data to enhance efficiency and cut costs.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance expenditures.
• Manage the vehicle acquisition and disposal process.
• Assist with fleet budgeting and expense management.
• Stay updated on fleet management and vehicle trends.
• Oversee centralized reporting services for operational teams.
• Engage in project management related to systems and suppliers.
• Report project and task progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report team performance against KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with driver license monitoring systems.
• Manage telematics and tracking systems with the admin team.
• Track and report vehicle accidents and incidents.
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding on company systems.
