In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data on energy consumption, waste management, carbon emissions, and other sustainability metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to set up data capture systems.
- Develop reports on environmental performance and ensure requirements are met across all levels.
- Utilize data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms to assess sustainability performance.
- Present data and insights visually to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in creating a centralized source for sustainability data to enhance transparency.
- Support waste reporting and compliance with duty of care standards.
- Prepare sustainability reports and ensure compliance with frameworks.
- Evaluate ESG performance against standards like EcoVadis and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, performing audits as needed.
- Provide recommendations for sustainability improvement based on data.
