The role focuses on transforming and migrating data from various legacy systems to enhance the operations of SMEs across the UK. The successful candidate will join a dynamic Software Delivery team committed to high-quality implementation and customer satisfaction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver complex data migrations promptly and accurately
• Conduct data validation checks and ensure data accuracy before and after migration
• Document migration processes and provide reports to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve data migration issues
• Extract and integrate data from legacy and modern systems
• Enhance data migration processes for improved efficiency
• Guide customers in handling migrated data for a smooth transition
• Stay informed on current data migration practices and legislation
• Collaborate with the Project Leader to address project concerns
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

This role requires you to have:

• Understanding of relational databases with SQL and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access with Macro/VBA capabilities
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Ability to simplify complex problems
