In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze internal and external data to generate insights and recommendations for the business.
• Support initiatives to enhance student acquisition, retention, and learning experience through data-driven analysis.
• Evaluate marketing and retention strategies and assess their impact on key performance metrics.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and present findings using data visualization techniques.
• Maintain regular reporting in Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis requests and data provision.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in analytics, reporting, or data engineering in professional services or corporate environments.
• Strong communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in databases and SQL programming.
• Excellent numeracy, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

You would benefit from having:
