In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design high-quality dashboards and reporting for performance and global metrics.
• Build complex models in dbt to support enterprise data models.
• Lead analysis on operational challenges to improve patient care.
• Deliver analytical reports for executive decision-making.
• Drive transformation projects and OKRs for improvements.
• Standardize and improve BI team processes and practices.
• Mentor team members in SQL, dbt, and BI visualization tools.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Data Science and Engineering.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in complex SQL.
