The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive insights and optimize operations as part of the UK Assessment & Qualifications division, which oversees a large volume of examination results and is undergoing a digital transformation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast sales and customer behavior.
  • Analyze complex datasets to inform strategies and uncover trends.
  • Enhance operational processes and resource allocation through advanced analytics.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for commercial strategies like pricing and market segmentation.
  • Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address business challenges and deliver insights.
  • Monitor, validate, and refine predictive models to ensure continual accuracy.
