This position aims to enhance customer insights and support data-driven decisions. The company serves over 1.4 million NHS patients, ensuring excellence in prescription management and delivery. The successful candidate will join the Customer Growth team, playing a vital role in developing a Single Customer View (SCV) for the business.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust Single Customer View (SCV) from various data sources.
• Build propensity models to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze cross-category behavior for marketing insights.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaign effectiveness.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder insights.
• Ensure data integrity by implementing data governance best practices.
• Stay informed on data analytics and industry trends for innovation.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Excel.
