- Develop and maintain a Single Customer View integrating data from various sources.
- Create propensity models to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Design dashboards and visualizations for clear communication of insights.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams.
- Ensure data governance practices are upheld.
