In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze eCommerce and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs and site metrics.
- Oversee analysis of site performance metrics, including traffic trends and conversion rates.
- Provide insights into user behavior and site interactions to inform leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to align data analysis with strategies.
- Work with data engineering teams to enhance data processes.
- Stay current with trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy sector.
