In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyse eCommerce and commercial data for actionable insights and opportunities to drive repeat purchases.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs and analyzing site performance.
- Provide strategic insights into user behavior and site interactions to inform leadership decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to foster a data-driven and collaborative culture.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency through best practices in data governance and management.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Stay informed of trends in data analytics, eCommerce, and the pharmacy industry.
- Recommend tools and methodologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

This role requires you to have:
- Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Strong numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.
