The Data Operations team focuses on securing data fundamentals and ensuring data quality for investment teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide operational data expertise to support investment teams and connect with business stakeholders.
• Secure daily data production tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Manage instruments and portfolios data exceptions to secure core investment data.
• Set up securities accurately and promptly as requested by fund managers or traders.
• Resolve issues and exceptions quickly, escalating to management as needed.
• Perform daily data quality checks on securities.
• Continuously improve procedures and processes.
• Participate in implementing data management processes and rolling out the Enterprise Data Management solution.
• Engage in data and transversal operations projects, providing findings and solutions to management.
• Collaborate with the data team in Singapore and manage daily handovers.

This role requires you to have:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Sciences.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within asset management, investment banking, or financial vendors.
• Strong knowledge of securities static data.
• Good knowledge of investment operations systems and data providers.
• Good communication skills, culture of service excellence, solution-oriented team player.
• Ability to develop effective business engagement relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, curious, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, disciplined, and forward-thinking.

You would benefit from having:

• Understanding of pricing, analytics, and portfolio valuation (ETD, OTC, Alternative Assets).
• Knowledge of JIRA and Tableau.
