In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement cross-domain data models for key business metrics.
• Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to develop dbt models translating business logic.
• Promote best practices in testing, documentation, CI/CD, and version control.
• Mentor analytics engineers and review their code for development support.
• Enhance data quality, metric consistency, and lineage tracking with central data platform and teams.
• Lead initiatives to modernize legacy reporting pipelines and reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to the long-term analytics engineering vision at Pleo.
